Headquarter building, the administrative office building of the Studios, is located in the south of Qingdao Movie Metropolis, adjacent to Dongyue East Road. It enjoys convenient transportation, a beautiful environment, sufficient parking spaces.

Headquarter building is divided into block A and block B, with four floors each, totalling 40,000 ㎡.  Offices ranging from 40-1,000㎡ are on shelves for movie enterprises.

In addition to the above-mentioned office areas, two banquet halls nearly 1000 ㎡ are also in the headquarter building.
