On July 12, Xiao Yingzi, member of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, and a group of 10 people came to QingDao Movie Studios to inspect the SCO National Movie Festival and the development of the movie and television industry. Xiao Yingzi said that QingDao Movie Studios undertook the successful experience of the SCO National Movie Festival and provided useful references for Hainan.
