Recently, the DIGITAL LAB mixed recording studio A and mixed recording studio B of QingDao Movie Studios have obtained DTS:X certification. 

DTS:X is an "object-based" audio codec, which first appeared in January 2015. This new technology aims to create a multi-dimensional surround sound effect, allowing the sound to "flow around you as if it were in real life."

Previously, the two recording studios had obtained the certifications of Dolby Atmos Platinum and Dolby Atmos respectively. Now, the two recording studios have obtained the "dual studios and dual certifications", which makes QingDao Movie Studios have reached a new level of production capability.
