Recently, the second phase of the special training focused on the film and television culture sector, "Fighting the Army-Haifa Group's Strategic Reshaping and Empowerment Project" came to a successful conclusion.

Haifa Group’s market-oriented development and construction of Qingdao Lingshan Bay Film and Television Cultural Industry Zone, high-level construction of East QingDao Movie Studios, vigorously developing the film and television cultural industry, taking advantage of the state-owned enterprise platform to lead the establishment of QingDao Movie Studios Industrial Holding Group, introducing content production, integration of production and education, Support policies, exhibition and tourism and other high-quality resources, and build a "six one" film and television supply chain system, namely, film and television industry parks and locations, production and education integration bases, "1+N" listed companies, film and television technology platforms, and 5G high-tech video parks, Film and Television Industry Fund. More than 600 film and television companies have gathered, and 150 film and television works have been settled in, making it the core area of Shandong Province's "1+N" film and television industry base layout.  In order to further enhance the strategic development vision and capabilities of the film and television cultural industry sector, the second phase of the "Strategic Reconstruction and Empowerment Project" focuses on the strategic empowerment and business improvement of the film and television cultural sector of Haifa Group, Qingdao West Coast New District Forty leading cadres and managers from the Film and Television Industry Development Center and the Film and Television Culture Section of Haifa Group, Haifa Culture Group, QingDao Movie Studios Industry Holding Group, Qingdao Film Academy, and Haifa Radio and Television Company participated in this three-day intensive training.
