After 4 years and 7 months of construction, on April 28, QingDao Movie Studios with a total investment of RMB 50 billion was completed in Qingdao West Coast New District. 

QingDao Movie Studios occupies an area of 166 hectares. The production area plans 52 high-tech soundstages, including the world’s largest 10,000 square meters soundstages, the world’s only indoor and outdoor underwater stages, a film and television costume prop processing factory, and the world’s advanced film and television post-production factory. 

In accordance with the requirements of the film industry system, QingDao Movie Studios gathers global film and television industry resources to provide international standard professional services for settled movie and television companies; government departments provide one-stop services such as customs, visas, talents, finance, and logistics required by international movie and television companies.
