On July 2, the General Office of the People's Government of Shandong Province issued a notice on "Several Measures to Support the Further Deepening of Reform and Innovation and Accelerate High-Quality Development in Qingdao West Coast New Area." The notice mentioned in point 3 that “support the innovation of the Lingshan Bay film and television service management system and mechanism, build the QingDao Movie Studios at a high level, vigorously develop the film and television cultural industry, and create the core area of the province’s "1+N" film and television industry base.
