Recently, the Qingdao Municipal Government issued the "Several Opinions on Promoting the Development of the Film and Television Industry", which is in line with Qingdao’s movie and television industry planning, large-scale, agglomerated, and highly specialized movie and television industry parks that are engaged in movie and television production, distribution, and projection. The industry's representative movie and television companies receive national awards or have a large social influence on movie and television boutiques to provide policy support, including the establishment of a movie and television industry development fund, and financial support for movie and television companies. 

Among them, the Qingdao movie and Television Industry Development Fund will provide subsidies for outstanding movie and television works completed in the main filming and production of QingDao Movie Studios, with an annual scale of RMB 1 billion. The specific use and management methods of the fund will be formulated separately.
