The Chinese visual effects blockbuster "Assassination of the Novelist" went through two months of virtual filming and four months of live filming. It was successfully completed in QingDao Movie Studios. In order to create two completely different worlds, the film used a total of 16 soundstages and built a total of nearly 50,000 square meters, creating a scene of 9 cities and 18 squares. This is also the crew that uses the largest number of soundstages. The visual effects special of the movie "Assassination of Novelists" presents the imaginative eastern world and real and vivid digital characters. For the first time, the film integrates multiple technologies such as virtual shooting, motion capture, real shooting, and CG.
