The fourth season of the large-scale youth Chinese culture program "The Little Scholars of Chinese Studies", created by Shandong Satellite TV, was recorded in QingDao Movie Studios No. 33 soundstage. 

The fourth season of "Small Celebrities in Chinese Studies" uses "Mencius" as the carrier and "self-cultivation, family harmony, rule of the country, and peace of the world" as the logical line. Each issue has a theme to create a new era of the Mencius story dissemination program. The program format of the fourth season has undergone a major change, from the original answering mode to a speech mode, and more than 30 keynote speeches are used to express youth attitudes and tell Chinese stories in the new era.
