According to the official release, the 11th Beijing International Film Festival is scheduled to be held from September 21 to September 29, 2021. Out of the consideration of covid-19 prevention and control, foreign guests participating in the opening and closing ceremonies of the Beijing International Film Festival this year all interact with the frame through network connections. 

Focusing on cutting-edge and focus issues such as the centenary of the founding of the party, the development of art films, the development of young filmmakers, the creation of animated films, and the development and construction of film capitals, the film festival held a number of these forums to collide ideas and exchange views.
