Art Department services connect materials, construction workshops, costume, make-up, props, physical effects and specialist action work so visual ideas can move efficiently from design to the stage.

Connected capability

• Thirty-two multifunction workshops close to the stages support carpentry, metalwork, scenic painting, spraying, wardrobe and props.
• A collection of more than 100,000 costume and prop items supports searchable, project-based allocation.
• Physical effects, prosthetics, moulding and specialist vehicle or pyrotechnic work can be developed alongside camera and safety teams.
