1. Newly settled enterprises with an annual operating income of 2 million yuan or more shall be given a rent subsidy of 1 yuan/square meter/ day for three consecutive years, and the annual grant of a single enterprise shall not exceed 500,000 yuan.            

2. With reference to the actual financial and tax contribution of enterprises to the local government, an additional grant of no more than 10% of the enterprise's annual operating revenue shall be given each year.            

3. Supporting the post-production industry. If the cost of a single film undertaken by a post-production company reaches 2 million yuan or more, up to 1 million yuan will be given to the post-production company according to the maximum 10% of the post-production cost, and a single company shall not exceed 5 million yuan per year. If the post-production company obtains major international or domestic production awards, it shall be rewarded with no more than 3 million yuan.
