1. Scripts Grant. Feature films and TVs that be approved filing by authority, shall be given filing support of up to 300,000 yuan, and the annual support amount of a single enterprise shall not exceed 1 million yuan. Selected film scripts supported by the country, Shandong Province and Qingdao will be given financial support of 300000 yuan, 200000 yuan and 100000 yuan to the screenwriter or team respectively. Film scripts that introduce Qingdao West Coast New Area shall obtain additional financial support of 50% on the basis of the above standards.

2. Production Grant. If expenditure (including makeup, setting property, location, equipment, transportation, accommodation, etc.) of a production shot in Qingdao West Coast reaches 1 million yuan or more, the main producer shall be given a grant of no more than 5 million yuan according to the maximum 10% of the qualifying production expenditure in this area (for overseas film and TVs, main producer in China should be the applicant).            

3. Distribution Grant. If the distribution cost of a single film and TVs in this area reaches 2 million yuan or more, the first producer shall be granted up to 1 million yuan according to 10% of the qualifying distribution expenditure of the work, and a single company shall not exceed 5 million yuan per year.

4. Other Grants            

4.1 Films released in cinemas and reaches a box office of 30 million or more, the first producer shall be rewarded up to 4 million yuan.                      

4.2 For films and TVs that won major international and domestic awards (individual awards excluded), the first products will be rewarded with a maximum of 3 million yuan; For those who win individual awards, a reward of more than 500000 yuan shall be granted to their studio.
