The online movie "Tsunami of Alligators" was shot in QingDao Movie Studios and Qingdao West Coast New District. 

The movie tells the story of a sudden tsunami that trapped overseas Chinese Jiang Peng and his daughter Jiang Xiaohu in Chinatown in Southeast Asia and escaped from the detained cannibal crocodile. Jiang Peng and his daughter and the people in Chinatown worked together to fight the giant crocodile, and gradually reveal the story of the truth after the opening.

"Tsunami of Alligators" was filmed in Qingdao West Coast New District from August 3 to 24, 2020. It is worth mentioning that. The pre-setup of the film only took 17 days, and in these short 17 days, the crew created an entire Chinatown in QingDao Movie Studios. In order to restore the real sense of the tsunami waves, the crew submerged the entire street with a "ground pool" and invested in the production of a 7-meter-long bionic mechanical crocodile weighing 500 kilograms, and it is the largest bionic mechanical crocodile in the history of Chinese film. The various detailed sports effects of the crocodile are combined in various ways such as CG and miniature to present the most immersive scene and audio-visual experience.
